Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor best known for his character on the television show 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. Meloni discovered his passion for acting while in the college classroom and then studied acting at The University of Colorado at Boulder. Although he's been active in both films and television, it is his characters on the small screen which brought him fame and a large fans. It is no surprise that he has a knack for acting as characters that have both positive and negative sides. He also knows how to grab an audience. In the first television show, he played the part of a killer. Then, he went on to perform the role of a NYPD Detective. The small screen performances of his have been recognized with multiple Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. His piercingly blue eyes his visage are believed to be the best element. These are also regarded as his trademark and they have been credited for helping him play characters with rough edges yet likable. In the year 2006, he made it in the People's publication's Sexiest Men Alive list.
